Return and Refund Policy (English):
Terms and conditions
- Request for change in product/order/ model can only be accepted before dispatch.
- If product is already dispatched, the customer has to bear at actual to and fro freight charges.
- The customer has to bear the difference between the prices of two products (At actual).
- If the product has reached the customer and he/she/they wish to change or return the product, it should be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The following conditions shall be applicable:
- The product should be in its original packing, with outer box, MRP tags and all other accessories and manuals that it was dispatched with should be sent along.
- The product should not be damaged
- The returned item will be checked thoroughly to decide its fitness of the case for return or refund
- If the product has been accepted for refund/return, 3% bank charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded within 7 - 10 working days.
- If the product is opened, it loses its return or policy privileges. This policy has been added due to Covid-19 outbreak.

- Product order ya model me change sirf product dispatch hone se pahle swikar kiya jayega.
- Product agar pahlehi dispatch ho gaya hai toh customer ko fright charges bharane padenge
- Replace karte waqt agar purana product aur naya product inke price me koi tafawat hogi toh who charges customer ko bharane padege
- Agar product customer ko milane ke baad use change karna hai toh 3 din ke andar procedure karna chahiye.
Iske liye niyam:
*Original packaging, box, MRP tags, sabhi accessories aur manual jinke saath product bheja gaya thaw h sab saat me wapas bhejana padega.
*Product me koi bhi prakar ke damages nahi hone chahiye.
- Return ya refund ke liye product ki jaanch karane ke baad 7-10 working day me refund diya jayega lekin usame se 3% bank charges kaate jayenge
- Covid 19 ke paristhiti ko dekhate hue agar product ko open kiya gaya hai toh who product return nahi kiya ja sakta
