Procedure for claiming warranty
- If purchased online:

- Share your mobile number and email address
- Our customer care representative will track your purchase details to help you to the best regarding your warranty issues
- If Purchased from Chemist/medical store:
- Call our Hotline +91 8926 401 401 or WhatsApp a 30 second Video of the product you are looking support for.
- This will help our customer care executive to understand the issues regarding the product.
- In case the product is eligible for replacement, our customer care executive will further assist you to take up the procedure to get the product replaced by the dealer.
- Please make note of the month & year of manufacturing printed on the product.
There are no charges for replacement warranty
Items eligible for 1 year replacement warranty
- All the models of fingertip pulse oximeter and infrared thermometer are eligible for one year replacement warranty. However,
- Defects or damage that result from:
- (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse;
- (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity and other situations where the product is not supposed to be used
- (c) other acts which are not the fault of Tushti, are excluded from coverage
- Warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover batteries.
- The product must be returned the way it was shipped i.e. with original packaging and the same product.
- If you have purchased the product online, warranty period will be considered from the date of shipment.
- If you have purchased the product from chemist, medical store etc, warranty period will be considered from date of manufacturing printed on the product.
Time taken for replacement:
- You will be notified on the registered email after we receive the product, inspect it thoroughly and deem it fit to be replaced.
- The approval or rejection regarding replacement should be notified to you through email.
- If the case is fit for replacement, the return process will be initiated and you will receive replacement after 10 working days.
Return and Refund Policy
Terms and conditions
- Request for change in product/order/ model can only be accepted before dispatch.
- If product is already dispatched, the customer has to bear at actual to and fro freight charges.
- The customer has to bear the difference between the prices of two products (At actual).
- If the product has reached the customer and he/she/they wish to change or return the product, it should be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The following conditions shall be applicable:
- The product should be in its original packing, with outer box, MRP tags and all other accessories and manuals that it was dispatched with should be sent along.
- The product should not be damaged
- The returned item will be checked thoroughly to decide its fitness of the case for return or refund
- If the product has been accepted for refund/return, 3% bank charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
- If the product is opened, it loses its return or policy privileges. This policy has been added due to Covid-19 outbreak.

- Hamara Customer Care Representative aapke order ka status track karega aur aapki sahayta karane ki koshish karega.
Agar Chemist/Medical store se purchase kiya hai:
- Hotline +91 8926401401 par call kare athva jis product ke liye warranty chahte hai uska 30 seconds ka video whatsapp par send kijiye.
- Ye hamare Customer Care Executive ko product ke problem ke baare me adhik jaankari dega.
- Agar aapka product replace kiya ja sakta hai toh hamare Customer Care Executive apko who product dealer se kaise replace karwaye uski jaankari denge
- Product par print kiye gaye manufacturing month aur year ki jaankari apne saath rakhe

1 year replacement warranty me kaunse product aate hai?
- Fingertip pulse oximeter aur infra-red thermometer ke sabhi models one year replacement warranty me aate hai.
Lekin Defects aur damage agar honge, jaise
*Galat tarike se storage ya istamal karane ke karan
*Accident ya dhyaan na rakhne se crack ya scratches jana
*Liquid, Water ya barish me bhigna
*Jaha jarurat nahi wahan product use karane se
*Tushti ki galti nahi aise kisi bhi karan
Upar likhe gaye karan warranty nahi mil sakti.
- Warranty sirf manufacturing defect ke liye diyi jayegi.
- Battery ko warranty nahi hoti.
- Product jaisa kharida gaya hai waisehi uske packaging me return kiya jana chahiye
- Agar product online kharida gaya hai to warranty period shipment ke din se pakda jayega
- Agar product chemist/medical store se kharida hai toh warranty period date of manufacturing se pakda jayega.
Replacement ke liye kitna waqt lagta hai?
- Product company ko wapas milane ke baad aur uska inspection hone ke baad apke rgistered email id par aapko email dwara suchit kiya jayega ke product aapko kab milega.
- Approval ya rejection aapko email par hi suchit kiya jayega
- Agar replacement ho sakta hai to replacement ka procedure shuru ho jayega aur aapko 10 working day me aapka product mil jayega.
